Special arrangements when Hong Kong Observatory issue the following warning signals:
- Typhoon Signal No.3 or Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, special arrangement is as follows:
i. All events for Kindergarten/ Primary school/ Special School will be cancelled.
ii. Indoor events for Secondary/ Matriculation/ Post-Secondary School will be continued, but outdoor events will be canncelled.
- Black Rainstorm warning is issued when the event already in progress, the event in progress will continue; if the event didn't held yet, the event is cancelled.
- Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted, all the events on that day will be cancelled.
- If the Typhoon Signal No.8 is lowered / Black Rainstorm warning is cancelled on before 11:30a.m., the afternoon event on that day will continue. If the Typhoon Signal No.8 is lowered / Black Rainstorm warning is cancelled on or before 3p.m., the event on that night will resume to continue.
